Raaji Amankay offers retreats in the field of conscious relating & sexuality together with her partner Karam since 2007. The two of them are coming from the world of Tantra with the knowledge about trauma, therapy and years of experience in facilitating space for healing.
Their retreats are a blend of techniques, meditations, teachings and rituals around love and relating, alive sensuality and sexuality and emotional wisdom. In a safe space old wounds can heal and new boundaries can be explored. So that we can grow beyond fears, shame and guilt, stay present in the moment with what is unfolding and expand into the depth of our hearts.
Generally relationships or "the other" are mirroring aspects of ourselves that may still require integration so that we can experience greater wholeness.
Healing is not getting rid of the things we don't like about ourselves, but rather integrating our past and relaxing into the alchemical transformation of true acceptance.
Therefore everything starts with ourselves. During these retreats we may discover patterns, conditionings and beliefs that once felt and seen start to transform and give space for openness and simplicity. By learning to first relate to ourselves in a loving and respectful way we create a solid ground to meet the other and stay open in a meaningful connection. Everyone will again and again be invited to feel their own boundaries and needs and learn how to communicate them. This opens a field with the quality of safety in which one can relax and become more authentic and truthful.
By experiencing how to become more sensitive, how to open our senses and energetic pathways we can expand to allow more life force, pleasure and sensual flow to move through our bodies. So the potential of tantric sexuality may open as a graceful dance of love encompassing everything from passionate eros to slow and present intimacy.
Sexual energy is not only to recharge or release but can be cultivated, and refined so it can be used for manifesting our lives in love, health and deep and lasting connection.
If we bring our awarness to the more subtle currents of energies in our body and allow them to flow in certain ways a love flow with ourselves and with a partner begins to occur, which creates a deep and nourishing connection that stays.
The deeper mystic wisdom of Tantra teaches us about the dance and the possible union between the feminine and masculine principles and the healing between women and man.
